  1. What are the first impressions after using the Eviala Derma Roller (or Stamp)?

During the first minutes our skin adjusts to the touch of the micro-needles and we can feel a small skin-nerve shock. After a while, the feeling transforms into gentle, pleasing tickling. The skin after the treatment is a bit reddened, but this effect subsides very quickly. After one hour since the procedure, there are practically no signs of needling and the skin becomes firm and full of vitality.

  1. How long does one have to wait for pleasing effects of the therapy?

First effects are visible after a few treatments. The skin becomes more firm, smooth and thanks to the stimulation it regenerates faster. The increase of collagen and elastin causes the dermis to obtain more vitality. The biggest effectiveness of treatments (according to Clients) is visible after 6 weeks.

  1. How to maintain the device after a treatment?

It can be rinsed with hot water and disinfected with alcohol. There are also special disinfection fluids in sale.

  1. Is it possible to put cosmetics on skin after the treatment?

Yes, it is even recommended. Creams will penetrate better thanks to the micro-pores formed by the thin needles. Cosmetics will reach deeper parts of the skin and, for example, anti-wrinkle creams will intensify their activity.

  1. Is the device durable?

The rollers sold by us are original and have a life-long quality warranty. We recommend to use one device from 3 to six months.

  1. Does a sensitive person with a low threshold of pain have to use an anesthetic each time while using the micro-needles?

No, the skin after a regular use gets use to the micro-needles. After a few therapies, the needling pain will transform into an effect of pleasant tickling. However, at the beginning it is good to use anesthetics as it will soothe the pain.

  1. What cosmetics can be used while conducting the Derma Roller treatments?

During regular procedures with the Derma Roller it is recommended to use cosmetics without preservatives. It is advised to use baby oils with vitamins - at the beginning and for advanced Derma Roller users. The composition of such baby oil includes: tri-glycerides, jojoba oil, vitamin E, ascorbic tetraisopalmitate, retinal acetate and a special filter. The product for a higher degree of procedures contains, besides the aforementioned constituents, also the retinal and the ascorbic.

  1. Is there any risk of getting an infection while using the Eviala Derma Roller or Derma Stamp, for example, jaundice infection?

If we care about environmental hygiene –there should not be any side effects. After the treatment the ducts are open for 1-2 hours, this is why we should appropriately take care of ourselves. We advise using a mineral make-up. Patients did not report any cases of infections.

  1. How to secure moles and birthmarks before conducting the treatment?

We should avoid these areas on our skin. They are very sensitive and should not be needled.

  1. What should I use to wash my skin before the treatment?

There are many methods: it can be water with vitamin C (10-15%), an anti-bacterial tonic, other cleansing and regenerating preparations.

  1. Are the therapies effective in case of stretch marks? How long will I have to wait for the 90% effects?

Yes, perfect effects are visible after 3 weeks of treatments. The stretch marks disappear.

One can use sunscreen preparations with mineral constituents, for example, red and yellow iron oxide (optionally 3-4 hours after the treatment).

  1. What is the difference between the Eviala Derma Roller and the Eviala Derma Stamp?

The Derma Roller is a roller with 192 micro-needles, while the Derma Stamp is a roller with a flat top, so called stamp, finished with 35 micro-needles.

  1. How does the body react to the needling process?

Cells are stimulated in the surface area of the skin and this increases the production of collagen and elastin. Multiplication of healthy tissues is the next step and the tissues fill in the wrinkles, stretch marks, cellulite, etc. Thanks to the stimulation your body gets the impulse to multiply new cells in the place of a scar or wound, etc.

  1. In which cases the needling process is not recommended?

 We do not recommend using the Eviala Derma Roller in case of: open wound, cuts, sun burns, herpes, pimples or other skin infections.

People who suffer from wound that heal slowly or have problems with circulatory system, collodial scars or diabetes should not use micro-needling therapies. The use of the Derma tolls is also forbidden for pregnant and feeding women. There are medicines which use is not recommended at least two weeks before the procedure: Aspirin, Nurofen, antithrombotic drugs.

  1. Is it true that the Eviala Derma prevent balding?

Yes, the Eviala Derma therapies are recommended for people suffering from balding and having skin problems.

  1. Which needles to choose and what is the difference between them?

We have a wide range of needles sizes this is why one can match the needles to his/her ailments. The 0.5, 0.75 mm needles are recommended for wrinkles, 0.5 mm, 0.75 mm or 1.0 mm needles for skin discoloration, from 0.25 to 0.75 mm for enlarged pores, seborrhea, 0.5-3.0 mm for stretch marks, 0.25-0.35 for balding. The longer the needle the bigger the skin penetration and stronger the stimulation of the cells to multiply.
