Treatments with the Eviala DermaRoller and Stamp are simple and effective. Below, one can find the step-by-step programme describing how correctly conduct a treatment using these specialist tools.

STEP 1. INDUSTRIAL SAFETY AT HOME – ENVIRONMENT HYGIENE OF CONDUCTING A TREATMENT

At first, let us prepare our body appropriately: let us wash our hands and the area which will be subjected to microneedling. Firstly, we can use detergents and later an anti-bacterial tonic or other skin nutrients. It is very essential to get rid of germs and microbes as during the treatment they can penetrate deep in our skin through the formed micro-ducts. Now, dry your body with a clean towel. The next step is to prepare a place for the Eviala Derma devices, for example, a table. It has to be sterile this is why it has to be cleaned very carefully. Besides the table, we will also need: a stopwatch, a bowl of cold water with gauze inside, a clean towel, paper towels, an anaesthetic (if someone is sensitive to pain) and a good moisturizing cream to our body or only the face.

STEP 2. PERFORMING THE TREATMENT

Different parts of body can be subjected to needling this is why appropriate attention should be paid to each of them. In case of the treatment conducted on the face, we should spread it with an anaesthetic and wait till it works. If someone is not afraid of a gentle, stinging pain, the anaesthetic will not be necessary. The excess of the anaesthetic should be wiped off with a paper towel.

While needling the face we should avoid the areas of lips and eyelids. We turn on the stopwatch on which we write the recommended treatment time. We take the device and with gentle moves press the roller or the stamp with needles against our skin. When we use the Eviala Derma Roller we perform moves in every direction – vertically, horizontally, diagonally to right and left. We repeat it for ten times (towards each side). The roller does not have to be pressed strongly; even gentle moves will stimulate the skin and give tremendous effects.

While performing the micro-needling a small swelling and reddening can occur on our face, however it subsides after a couple of hours.

Persons who suffer from balding and seborrhoea dermatitis should wash their heads and dry them with a towel before the treatment. In a drug store, we need to buy a preparation (Minoxidil 5%) which we will later spread on the head. In case of the Eviala Derma Roller, the rolling should be performed only in one direction, for example, only forward. After the rolling, 1ml of the Minoxidil has to be spread on the head. After a couple of days when the skin begins to exfoliate it should be washed with a normal shampoo. It is recommended to repeat the treatment with the Eviala Derma Roller five times a week, for example, every evening. The procedure should last no longer than 30 minutes and no less than 15.

STEP 3. POSTTREATMENT – PROTECTION AND SKIN CARE

After using the Eviala Derma Roller and Stamp, the skin should be rinsed with cold water and dried. The needling area needs to be covered with moisturizing cream or other nutritious substances (anti-wrinkle cream, home-made vitamin creams, balsams, etc.) which will penetrate the deeper layers of the dermis thanks to the formed micro-ducts. Persons who use anesthetics should clean the area with a swab saturated in an anti-bacterial tonic before spreading the cream.

STEP 4. POSTTREATMENT – HYGIENE OF THE EVIALA DERMA TOOLS

After the treatment, the Eviala Derma tools should be cleaned with hot water. Dried tools have to be sprayed with disinfection fluid or put into a container with a disinfection substance for around 30 minutes (especially if anesthetics were used) and then dried and put into a box. This post-treatment hygiene procedures will provide long-term use of the Eviala Derma tools.
